What We Store
Lift Journal stores your account email, display name, routines, exercises, workout logs, set history, calendar results, progress check-ins, and any photos you choose to upload.
How Data Is Used
Your data is used to run the app, show your training history, keep your progress synced, and help you review consistency over time. Lift Journal does not sell your personal training data.
Storage And Security
Real accounts use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage. Data is protected by user-based Firebase rules so each signed-in user can only access their own records.
